I began my real estate career in 2008 in Colorado and now have experience working in both buyer and seller markets (and the very short balanced market that happens between those). My goal is to be a protector of client interests and an advocate who helps residential buyers, sellers and investors fully understand the market. Education is extremely important to me as I want to provide the best service to my clients. I have earned designations as a CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert), SFR (Short Sale Foreclosure Resource), ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). I continue courses in ethics, investment property analysis and numerous other areas. I have lived in Colorado for 30+ years and know the area very well to assist clients with their needs. My husband and I have raised three children. I had been very involved in their education and the school system which has given me insight into the questions to ask when working with a family that schools are important. My number one goal is to see my clients make great decisions and protecting their investments in real estate!
